What Personal Data is Collected?

  1. Anonymizing contributions for the purpose of producing aggregated anonymous statistics from the questionnaire results.

Your data is collected based on your consent during your first connection to the site. 

Under no circumstances does the implemented processing serve to profile individual participants. All contributions collected within the framework of the collaborative approach will be anonymized when drafting the summary. 

How Long is Your Data Collected? 

Your personal data is kept for one year from the launch of the collaborative initiative. 

It will no longer be possible to modify your contributions after the participation phase. 

Beyond these periods, the personal data we collect may be anonymized for statistical purposes. 

Who are the Recipients of Your Personal Data? 

Your personal data is not transferred to the sponsor of the collaborative initiative. The raw file of contributions is anonymized before being shared by the subcontractor. 

Your personal data is intended for the authorized personnel of bluenove’s internal services, about 3 people, as well as its technical subcontractors: 

Amazon Web Services for data hosting. 

Cloudflare for site security. 

Matomo for performing anonymized audience measurements of the site (via connection logs). 

Axeptio for managing your preferences regarding non-functional cookies of the site requiring your prior consent (see « Cookie Policy » on the site). 

We have also implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures internally to preserve the security and confidentiality of your data, and in particular, to protect them against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure: 

Your data is hosted in a private and encrypted database. 

Our data storage systems are accessible only by a limited number of authorized personnel. 

Our employees are trained in personal data protection. 

We regularly conduct security tests on our solutions.
